A Taste of Morocco
Conjuring up images of a culture at the same time exotic and mysterious, the Sultan's Tent© brings the rare
delicacy of Moroccan food to downtown Calgary.
Moroccan cuisine combines gentle, subtle spices to create delicious refined dishes such
as tajines or 'stews' of vegetables and chicken, lamb, fish, or cornish hen. Also, couscous, steamed wheat
grains with meat and seven vegetabless is a Moroccan cultural staple.
We are pleased to invite guests to enjoy the Sultan's Tent cuisine in an authentic traditional
ambience evocative of the rich heritage of Morocco. Groups of two to twenty five (or more) may be accomodated
in true Moroccan style.
